As Encore is an exclusively online brand, we will use an omnichannel approach to consumer communication. Due to Encore being an online brand, the touchpoints will include a website, the app and social media sites. Encore will establish a "propensity to create strong brand imagery" (Batra & Keller, 2016) by ensuring a consistent, impactful message across all the customer contacts, with reflective aesthetics and layouts across all platforms (Blanco, J. 2020).
