WORD FROM OUR EDITOR Hello ladies, I want to welcome you to MEMORE MAGAZINE. Thank you for your interest in a Magazine that is designed for the spirit and soul of Women. In this month’s issue we are focusing on the issue of SISTERHOOD. There is so much division amongst women such as covetousness, jealousy, envy, gossiping, lying, stealing, and etc. This must not be in the body of Christ. We are God’s Daughters and we are called to uplift one another in the love of Christ. We are going to delve into what TRUE Sisterhood is and bring it back! Diandra

I recently went through a situation where the enemy had divided me and a close friend up. I had prayed asking God what had happened to our friendship? The LORD revealed to me HURT was the divider. I received a phone call from her and she shared that she was HURT about something she had (thought) she had heard
me say to her, but in reality I did not. The enemy came and made what I said sound distorted. How many of us have friendships broken because of distorted hurts? It is so important to have sisterhood amongst the women of God. We are to be ones who uplift each other in the Lord being one another’s cheer leaders. Yet, the enemy has made us coveters of the other and gossipers rather than confronters. This is why StayathomeWOMAN Metamorphis Inc. and MEMORE MAGAZINE were birthed to bring us back to sisterhood. Many of our generation do not know what it means to have a friend nor what friendship is, and not knowing how to be a friend. We carry this notion that a friend does what we like, but Jesus said a “friend sticketh closer than a brother. “ Jesus said a friend would lay down his life for his friend…sounds like a covenant huh? That is what friendship last time is A COVENANT. When is the last time you told your friend how you felt without holding offense in your heart towards her? Have you told her the truth rather than what she wanted to hear? Ladies, we have to get back to building one another up. We have to get back to Sisterhood. DIANDRA

MOUNTAIN Seems like a mountain I am climbing The higher I go seems I get afraid Promise is ahead of me and I can’t stop now Come too far and won’t turn back I hear the nay say in my mind that tries to hinder God keeps pushing me up telling me to keep going Seems like a mountain I’m climbing I look down at times and can’t see anything behind Nothing behind but a fall backwards Backwards to the past and struggles Come too far and won’t turn back Seems like a mountain I am climbing As each step I take gets a little harder Strategizing just how I am going to make it to the top? Come too far, can’t stop now, won’t turn back. WRITTEN BY:

This scripture is right on target when it comes to SISTERHOOD. Friendship is not just someone you are acquainted with, but one you are in covenant with like Jonathan and David. Jonathan and David was Brother’s for life until death, and past death so much in covenant; that even though Jonathan had died in war with his Father King Saul, David fulfilled his vow to him through his son Mephibosheth. A lot of us look at the people in our lives and say “oh they are my friends, but do you really know them? How can you tell an acquaintance from a friend (sister)? There are 3 signs and we liken this with the scripture James 4:8 NCV.
HONORING AND LOVING OUR SISTERS IN CHRIST BY DIANDRA
Come near to God, and God will come near to you. You sinners, CLEAN SIN OUT of your lives. You, who are trying to follow God and the world at the same time, MAKE YOUR THINKING PURE. James 4:8 NCV
Many of us know the saying in scripture “he that wants friends must first show himself friendly.”
SIGN 1: DRAWING NEAR A true friend puts themselves out on the line first. They are constantly looking for ways to help. An acquaintance is always looking out for themselves. What they want, how they feel, when they are going to get theirs in this life. A friend shows himself true when they can put them self aside and help you out and up when needed. SIGN2: CLEAN OUT SIN A Friend cleans whatever offense, hurt, rejection, pain that may hinder or divide your friendship out by confrontation in the love of Christ. The love of God is unconditional it is not based on what you may or may not do. The love of God seeks to redeem and
restore. Your Sister in Christ if carrying these negatives in her heart and mind will come to you and letting those negatives out in the open thus promoting healing in the relationship. So many friendships are broken because the communication is not present…no one wants to talk, but many are so willing to just carry the baggage and be broken.
them. I believe that in this day in time God wants to get His women back in line with Hi first and then with one another so we can learn from each other what TRUE FRIENDSHIP/SISTERHOOD is.
SIGN 3: MAKING YOUR THINKING PURE
DEVOTION FOR THE SPIRIT AND SOUL
A friend a Sister in Christ when negatives try to form in her mind about the friendship would denounce it with a right attitude through the love of Christ. For example: You have a friend that has children and you call her, but she says “girl, I will have to call you back these kids are driving me crazy” yet; you hear…”girl I have to call you back because I am BUSY.” Do you stop talking to and reaching out to her or do you call her later and ask her did she say what you thought she said? And even if she did...do you get offended and stay that way or you sympathize with her and call her when she is less stressed not letting it affect your friendship because you value her? Honoring and loving our Sisters in Christ is all about having the right attitude (thinking) towards and about them. If we are walking in the honor and love of Christ despite what they say or do will have little effect and influence to how we see, and what we do for

GREAT EXPECTATIONS…FATHER KNOWS BEST
Don’t pray to God repeating yourself over and over, because you believe that the more you frequently ask for something the better chance you have of having your request granted. Jesus spoke the reassurance that God already knows what you need. The purpose of prayer isn’t to be noticed by other people‐or even by God. God already notices you. He knows everything about you and your life. Prayer is not a way to draw God’s attention to your needs. It is a way to draw your attention to how much you need God. NEED draws our attention towards GOD.
BUST THE DOOR IN BY DIANDRA
Yesterday, I decided to go upstairs after washing my Daughter’s hair and lo and behold my bedroom door was shut tight. Yes, I was locked out of my bedroom and I was upset. I thought to myself “How am I going to get in? So many thoughts came and the first was try a wire hanger…did that and it did not work. I stood for an hour messing with the door and by this time it was 4:00 pm and I still was not able to get in my bedroom door. So, after being tired and not wanting to do the same ole thing (using that hanger) I decided to BUST the DOOR IN. What? You may be asking, but I did and the door came open. I realized that sometimes you have to kick the doors of blessing open to get what God wants.
It’s not that God does not want you to have your request, but like my door sometimes life and the devil locks the entry way. You can pray (which we should) yet at times the door still remains shut and nothing seems to be moving. Can I tell you…BUST THE DOOR IN! Stop waiting for God to just lay the answers right at your feet…it’s in front of you and you need to get offensive and tackle the devil. I learned through that experience that when things look bleak and nothing is happening that there is a door that’s shut blocking me from the answers God has for me and I am not going to let the door remain shut. I am going to pray, stand, and BUST the DOOR IN! DIANDRA
FIND A HOLLOW PLACE IN THE DOOR by DIANDRA Guess what? It happened again; another door was shut and locked where I could not get in. I was in the middle of my devotions when I went to go to my Kid’s bathroom to help our son Jeremiah to go potty. Pray for us we are still trying to get Jeremiah to be encouraged to do number 2 on the potty. Anyway, as I proceeded to do this I noticed the door was not only shut, but locked. My goodness…not again I thought to myself. This feeling of tiredness and strength rose up in me as I felt the door for a hollow spot. When I found the hollow spot I then busted the door in and it came open. Can I tell you something else? Find a hollow place in the door…I mean
when life and the enemy says NO…YOU CAN’T GET IN…look at that door and say I CAN and I WILL. These doors that life and the devil try to lock, and say it is impossible to get through is nothing but a lie and deterrence. Those doors are weak because Jesus has destroyed it’s power 2000 years ago and all we have to do is take that same power that has been given to and is within us and find that hallo (weak) spot and bust the door in. It’s funny that this happened to me twice and I heard that the number 2 means establish or established. 2011 is around the corner and 2010 was a blessing, yet I know many have gone through in this year. 2011 is the year where we are simply going to have to BUST THE DOOR IN. I don’t know about you, but I am tired of allowing the enemy to tell me otherwise than what God says. With God there is NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE. While I am at it can I say this…if you have Jesus you have been given POWER of ATTORNEY from the Lord…use it. I have gone through this experience when my Dad died in June of 2007 and I was given POWER of ATTORNEY from my Dad over everything he had. I had limited understanding of my POWER, but God enabled me to be able to still walk in it. Let’s just say I had to make
difficult choices to whatever pertained to my Dad. God later showed me through legal counsel as well as research that I had POWER to ACT as my Dad in any given situation. Why… because I had been given POWER of ATTORNEY over everything that was his. Likewise you have been given POWER from Jesus that in any situation that comes against you and the door is locked and shut tight. Act like Jesus…do what Jesus would do, FIND THE HOLLOW (weak) PLACE and BUST THE DOOR IN.
Choose Disappointment or Go Forward? Disappointment is a hurting thing it causes you to grieve the expectation and hope that was deferred (Langston Hughes). This hope deferred has scared me, but yet I know that I cannot let it dictate to me what my life is and what I am going to do. I am learning that I must do what God wants me to despite what others do or may think. One thing is hard when you have to kick the dust off your feet and go forward.
Going forward is rough when you are looking behind trying to change the outcome. You can only change your destiny and what you are going to do not others. Even though you want your loved ones saved the choice is really theirs. Jesus gave his life and died in our stead offering salvation yet it is our choice whether we choose to accept him. I want to lift those who are in bondage up and out yet I realize I don’t have that power only the power of choice to choose for myself. When I stand in front of the Lord I have to give an account for myself no one else and so it is with everyone, we all have to give an account for what we choose to do here on this earth which determines our end. I choose to follow Jesus, I’ve gained him, I was in bondage and now I am free and I choose to stay free and fly high.
SHIFT YOUR FOCUS BY
We are all bombarded with the issues of life, but how many of us are perplexed, concerned,
fretful, anxious, and worried about tomorrow and even days ahead? I recently poured my heart out in prayer asking God to forgive me for not TRUSTING THE PROCESS. Yes, I seek, knock, and ask Him what He wants and He gives me the instructions, and I begin to move, then here comes life’ situations and torment for the coming days. It’s like being on stage, you have the scene and you already have your lines that were given to you to say walking out and reciting your prepared words …you look seeing the stage scenery has changed and you begin to fumble and crumble. That is how it is in life when we are DOING what He tells us. We look at the scenery of life changing and we begin to fumble by WORRYING. The Lord revealed to me that is what was happening to me I was on the stage saying my lines then the scenes changed and I began to be concerned with the affairs of life. Sounds like Peter huh? He was walking on the water until he saw the storm rise then he lost his FOCUS and fell in the water. Peter did something that helped him…he asked Jesus to SAVE him. Jesus knowing Peter had little faith asked him why he doubted. Let’s face it God tells us something, we move in it, then when the scene changes we begin to doubt...why? Because like Peter we have taken our FOCUS off of Jesus and unto the STORM. Jesus wasn’t talking about Peter’s little faith in Him because he had enough faith to ask Jesus
could he walk on the water…Jesus was talking about his little faith in THE PROCESS of the WALK. It was a distance that Peter had to walk to get to Jesus. When he saw the storm arising Peter feared that he would not be ABLE to reach Jesus that he would not be able to CONTINUE in the process of walking FORWARD and TOWARD Jesus. We all have that same fear that tries to torment us into sitting down and doing nothing. Today, I want to challenge you like God has me to SHIFT YOUR FOCUS and move FORWARD.
IS IT ABOUT NUMBERS OR SOULS? BY DIANDRA What is the motive behind the things that you do? I had to stop and recollect the meaning of why I do what I do? I have been making baby steps toward the calling that God has for me and I noticed that I had allowed the enemy to cause me to play tug of war. This tug of war on giving up before I start walking in the call, or
just keep on going forward? While God has encouraged me he has allowed the test to let me see and decide whether this call is about numbers or souls? I come to realize that the flesh wants to see a ready‐quick outcome, but the spirit of God works in process that determines a desired outcome. I am reminded of the parable that Jesus said where the shepherd would leave the 99 for the 1 that was lost. Then I look at the parable where a woman lost a coin and searched her whole house until she found it. When she found it she threw a party inviting all her friends to celebrate her findings. Last but not least the parable of the prodigal son. We all know this one that speaks so much volume on the true heart‐nature of a person. To think of it in that parable I thought about the elder son’s response to his brother being lost, but now was found…he was not very happy at all. He cared more about the fact he was not celebrated though he had stayed and obeyed his father. How many of us want the celebrated‐outcome more than we want the one soul to enter the Kingdom of God? I have been guilty of this yet I have repented to God and made the choice that the call is not for me to get numbers, and even a pat on the back…it’s about souls. The elder brother had this problem he wanted the feast, the celebration, and kudos so much that he could not see the truth. His brother was out there lost and now he had made the decision to come back home. When I stand in front of Jesus I do not want him to say depart because I cared more about numbers than the souls that was reclaimed. I would like to encourage those that are starting to step‐out on the call of God on your life don’t let the enemy persuade you to think about how many people you can encourage and help reclaim to God, but look at the truth…you are winning that one soul back to Christ and Heaven is celebrating over that ONE SOUL.

WORD OF PRAYER Right now, I am dealing with pressure that is weighing on me, what do I do when I know that the LORD wants me to move and I hear silence? My heart and my spirit is crying out to God asking Him what He wants so that I will not be out of his will. When the Lord speaks and I obey and things begin to seem array it can really make me second guess myself and wonder if I did wrong? Then when I take a step backward and look at the situation I see that God wants this for me. I really have been burdened down and I sense the adversary around my house and I am wondering how is he getting in? Am I doing something that God does not want me to? Lord, I feel myself running and I am feeling afraid… Please help me?
