Lock Haven, Pa. June 20, 1957 Board of Regents Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity Dear Sirs: Epsilon Omega Alpha Social Fraternity of Lock Haven State Teachers College wishes to petition Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity for recognition and colonyship. At recent chapter meetings, the subject of national affiliation has been discussed, and our group voted unanimously to petition Kappa Delta Rho for colonyship. The reason for this decision is our sincere desire to introduce new social and scholastic standards on the Lock Haven State Teachers College Campus. In reviewing the aims and purposes of Kappa Delta Rho, we feel that our aims could be realized by affiliation with your national organization, and that we could be an asset to that organization. We would greatly appreciate your kind consideration in this matter. Sincerely, The members of Epsilon Omega Alpha Fraternity
