WHAT’S NEW A SELECTION OF OUR NEW RANGES

COUNTERTOP BASINS We’ve introduced a range of 6 stunning new countertop basins, perfect to pair with any furniture that features a worktop, for a statement modern bathroom. See page 24.

Close Coupled (C/C)

Close to Wall

A standard Close Coupled WC, the cistern is visible for ease of access, and mounted directly to the pan.

Similar to a C/C WC, but the pan extends back to fit flush with the wall so that all pipework is hidden from view.

Back to Wall (BTW)

Wall Hung

A C/C or BTW pan with a raised height, more comfortable for those who are taller or have mobility issues.

The cistern and pipework are hidden within the wall or a WC unit - requires a separate concealed cistern.

Mounted to the wall with pipework hidden inside - requires a concealed cistern or an in wall frame.

Countertop

A standard basin resting atop a full pedestal which supports the basin and conceals the pipework.

A wall mounted basin taking advantage of a smaller pedestal to conceal pipework.

A low profile basin mounted into a worktop with the pipework concealed inside a vanity unit.

A standalone basin which sits on a worktop. - pair with a hi rise basin mixer (see page 120) for a stylish solution.

As the name suggests, Rimless WCs lack the traditional rim, making them easier to keep clean, as well as saving water via direct flush technology. They look sleek and stylish too! Look for this symbol for rimless pans.

All our ranges feature soft close seats, with a quick release mechanism for easy removal for cleaning. Certain ranges also feature a choice of slim or wrap seats, for more customisation in your suite

How to Order Select a finish, as shown above, and a carcass (available in white or grey). Choose from our selection of base units (335mm deep), combining units of various sizes to fit your available space. Remember to include a WC unit for back to wall WCs, and consider a tall unit for additional stylish storage space. If desired, choose wall units to complement your base unit combination. For areas where the carcass is exposed (the feet of base units or ends of any unit type), select from filler panels, and panels and plinths to conceal them. These are available in standard sizes and can be cut to fit your selection of units. Pick from our selection of square-edge worktops on page 76 - available in a range of stylish finishes. Choose your handles from page 77 - remember you’ll need one for each door or drawer. Finish with a back to wall WC (page 20) and a semi recess basin (page 24) for the ultimate stylish fitted solution.

Disclaimer

All product guarantees are subject to the following terms & conditions: The product has been fitted/installed in accordance with the appropriate fitting instructions, local bylaws and general good plumbing practice. The guarantee will become invalid if the product has not been maintained and cared for in accordance with the instructions (including regular misuse, neglect, wilful or accidental damage). The guarantees on all products are from the date of supply unless otherwise stated. The guarantee only covers the material structure and not serviceable moving parts that perish due to wear and tear. In the event of the guarantee claim, the liability of the seller is limited to the product supplied and does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from defective product. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and is applicable in the UK. All products installed in a commercial environment carry a 12 month guarantee.

All products must be inspected prior to installation and faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. In the event that goods are delivered incorrectly or damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure sufficient time is allowed for a replacement item to be sent.

Batches Please be aware that the following products are manufactured in batches: PVC Wall Panels, Flooring & PVC Ceiling Panels. Whilst there will be minimal shading difference there is no guarantee it will be identical. Batches are there to guarantee continuity. Returns Goods not used and still held as current stock can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unused and undamaged with a copy of the original invoice. A restocking charge may be applicable.
