01 T H E H A R M O N Y This project was inspired by the classical shape of a grand piano along with the beautiful wave of the musical notes, creating the most verendus place for per formers as well as visitors themselves. Rather than traditional tsage, utilize the slanted roof top, the outdoor stage was created to bring the dif ferent perspective to per formance hall

Back stage includes s practices, dressing room and rehearsal. 2nd stor y located the per fomance hall with a m stage with acousitic treating ef fect which ser ve for many events such as fashion shows, dance performance, etc.

Multipurpose Per formance Hall 2 dif ferent t ypes of per fomring stage are incorporated in this desisgn. 2d stor y located an indoor per formance hall with a multipurpose stage and seating that can adjust above and below which allows the spaces to ser ve for a variet y of per formance t ypes. An outdoor stage is incorporated on the roof top follow by the open bars and cafe. The design of this building brings a new and interesting experience for both per formances and their audiences

Tool & Table is a communit y-driven project that provides gardening tools, kitchen utensils, and seeds for the local communit y to borrow. It contains a communit y fridge, kitchen, and a greenhouse with a communit y garden for all to care for. The workrooms of fer cooking classes and workshops, while the large terrace provides a space for gathering and food sampling from local businesses. Tool & Table also promotes communit y, sustainabilit y, and accessibilit y, with a repair shop for tools and outdoor dining on the ground floor.

To establish stronger connectivity with the surroundings. The design features a unique second-floor loop that opens up to the nor th, offering a breathtaking view of the train station and the cit yscape in t h e b a c k g r o u n d .”

This initiative involves the establishment of a bookstore situated in Downtown Chicago. Given the unique challenges posed by the Windy C i t y ’s u r b a n l a n d s c a p e a n d t h e l i m i t e d s u n l i g h t d u e t o s u r r o u n d i n g

buildings, the design meticulously incorporates numerous square bloc k The ar rangement takes into account maximizing exposure to potential sunlight while minimizing the impact of wind exposure.
