I have worked with DAMAC’s Design and Development Team under the Senior Landscape Architect alongside the Architectural, MEP, Structural, Master planning and other teams in the company. I am involved in the preparation of landscape design concepts, presentation reports, sketches, drawings, plans and in house landscape design packages for a variety of DAMAC projects. Perform technical design review of landscape design packages of various stages submitted by landscape consultants.
Assist with reviewing site post contract requirements such as submittals and approvals of Shop drawings, Inspection requests, RFIs, Correspondence, As Built Drawings and variations. Attend the site for inspections, material selection and supply necessary information for queries on site.
Prepare conceptual landscape plans to landscape presentation report be presented to the Chairman as well as to be used for marketing and as a benchmark for the landscape consultant assigned on the project.
Prepare In house IFC design packages to be released and priced by landscape contractors.

Perform Value Engineering as necessary and modify of design and/or materials to secure cost savings on a project while achieving functions specified.
