Union Learning Representatives are union members who have volunteered or been elected to carry out the role of supporting the learning aspirations of colleaguesin the workplace. There is no ‘blueprint’ for an effective learning network but a desire to learn from others and to share is essential. Meetings are held acrossWales in different towns, cities and venues to enable as many ULRs as possible to accessa meeting in their area.
