Wylam Brewery was founded by John Boyle and Robin Leighton when they were first toying with different brew recipes in a potting shed in Wylam, Northumberland. RIDGESIDE BREWING CO.
Ridgeside Brewery is locally brewed in Meanwood, Leeds. Founded in 2010 by the late Simon Bolderson, Ridgeside focuses on producing exquisite cask ales, with a focus on pale ales and speciality beer. Five years on, the brewery was purchased by Jorge Gonzalez Moore, Matthew John Lovatt and Juan Mendoza which started a new chapter. There is a solid range of resident favourites, but Ridgeside are constantly experimenting with various styles to create limited edition brews. Although they bring a quirky approach to craft brewing, their philosophy stays the same - brew a beer to be remembered.
Buxton Brewery first began their journey in the family garage in 2009. The founders, Geoff and Rich, had a rocky few months before they nurtured their pale ale to how they imagined it, and it wasn’t too long after that they decided to make the decision to go commercial with their brew. In 2015, the team has grown to 10 people and the brewery is based in a custom designed, British built brewhouse in Buxton. The core values of innovation and high-quality beer has led to the brewery creating over 30 distinct brews, as well as special edition beers - all beers are nurtured by a small team of enthusiastic beer lovers.
Originating in Derbyshire, Thornbridge Brewery was established in early 2005, where a ten barrel brewery was built in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. The original idea was to create a range of cask beers on the inspiration of traditional recipes, but with providing a modern twist through the use of various hops and malts. After winning over 350 national and international awards, a new top of the range brewery and bottling line opened at Bakewell in late 2009. Innovation, passion and knowledge is the core of how Thornbridge Brewery create such a wide variety of fantastic beers.
THE WILD BEER CO.

The brewery shares the same farmhouse as Westcombe Dairy in Somerset, and the Wild Beer Co. is currently building a new brewery to keep up with the production, which will set them as one of the leading craft beer breweries in the UK. The beers that are brewed are unique, and are made from seasonal wild ingredients. Not only do they brew beer, they also distill gin.
