001. WORKPLACE PROJECT: LIVEWELL COLLABORATIVE SUMMER 2017
FLOOR PLAN: Revit + Photoshop
In a 5000 square foot zone, design a flexible and functional space for collaboration that can be easily changed from one large public room to 4 smaller private studios. The space must hold up to 65 people.
RENDERINGS: Sketchup + Photoshop
CONCEPT: Taking the key themes of collaboration, wellbeing, and confidentiality, create a space that blends public and private spaces, while maintaining a strong identity as a sustainable and healthy environment.
KITCHEN/ OPEN OFFICE
To make the space as flexible as possible, I implemented garage doors and folding white board panels for the studios. The overhead wraps connect the public and private zones, with the greenery serving as both a figurative and literal symbol of wellness that is so important to Livewell.
ABOVE: The flexible studio space allows for an easy change from a closed, private studio to one that is open to the entire office. The space promotes collaboration through different seating options and writable surfaces.
BELOW: The custom designed desks blend into the wraps as a way to connect work and wellness.
002. STUDIO PROJECT: THE FOLLY SPRING 2016
ELEVATIONS: Handrawn, Micron Pen
Create a habitable space that can be used for various purposes. The structure should be able to hold the weight of multiple people and offer places to sit, while still encouraging movement and curiosity.

003. CO-OP WORK: BHDP GENERAL OFFICE FOR BANKING EMPIRE FALL 2017

Create a fun and inspiring office space for young talent. The space must encourage creativity and collaboration while reinforcing brand standards.
PRELIMINARY TREND RESEARCH CLIENT PROPOSAL
Working alongside senior interior designers and architects, I first began with research on workplace trends; I collected images and information to be compiled in the client presentation. I also collaborated with a specific designer to pick furniture and materials for this space. After being given the completed Revit model, I worked in Sketchup and Lumion to create the renderings pictured above and to the right.

CONTRIBUTIONS: RENDERINGS: Sketchup + Lumion + Photoshop CUSTOM MILLWORK DESIGN PRELIMINARY TREND RESEARCH CLIENT PROPOSAL
OBJECTIVE: WEALTH MANAGEMENT Create a sophisticated, cohesive space that emphasizes trust and community. The space should feel comfortable for guests, while also promoting confidentiality.
For this space, I assisted with the Sketchup model, focusing primarily on customized millwork. I designed the reception area (above) and the courtesy bar (right). I helped put the model into Lumion to emphasize lighting and texture, followed by Photoshop to add context and entourage.
