Ingredients 3 eggs 100 g pure chocolate 50 g sugar 125 ml (whipped) cream

Preparation method 1. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Stir until melted. Remove bowl from heat and set aside to cool slightly. 2. Place eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat for 5 minutes, or until mixture is pale, thick and doubled in volume. Mix the melted chocolate with the blend. 3. In a separate bowl, whip cream until thickened (be careful not to over-beat). Add the cream to the chocolate mixture. Spoon into 4 serving glasses and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving, enjoy!

Ingredients

For the dressing

1 clove garlic 70 ml olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. mustard 1 shallot, minced Salt and pepper

For the salad

4 boiled potatoes 200 g haricots verts, blanched 300 g cherry tomatoes 100 g black Niçoise olives 4 hard-boiled eggs 3 cans oil-packed tuna 1 small cucumber 1 large head romaine lettuce Ÿ shallot, sliced Salt and pepper


Preparation method 1. Make the dressing: mince the garlic on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt. Form a smooth pasta of the garlic and salt. Mix the pasta with the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, shallot and salt and pepper. 2. Blanch the potatoes and the haricots verts separately about 5 minutes until tender. Cut them into pieces. 3. Arrange the tuna on a cutting board and cut into 4 equal portions. Season the tuna with salt and pepper. 4. Tear the lettuce into pieces. Cut the tomatoes ,shallot, eggs and olives in slices. 5. Put the lettuce, tomatoes, shallot, eggs, olives, haricots verts, potatoes and tuna on a plate and sprinkle with the dressing. 6. Garnish with basil just before serving.

Ingredients 4 large tomatoes 450 g mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/3 cup basil leaves 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar Sea salt and black pepper Preparation method 1. Slice the tomato and mozzarella cheese. 2. Arrange the tomato, mozzarella cheese and basil leaves on a large platter and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. 4. Season with sea salt and black pepper.


4 people- 15 min

Ingredients For the dressing 4 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 2/3 tbsp. dried oregano Salt and pepper

For the salad 2/3 head lettuce 2 large tomatoes 2/3 cucumber 1 shallot, cut into rings 2/3 small green pepper, cut into thin rings 125 g black olives 125 crumbled feta cheese Salt and pepper


Preparation method 1. Mix dressing ingredients together until blended. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, except for the feta cheese. 3. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing. 4. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the salad. 5. Serve!


4 people – 20 min

Ingredients 10 rashers bacon 8 slices white bread 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced 3 tomatoes, sliced 4 sliced chicken or turkey breast Handful lettuce Preparation method 1. Heat the grill and cook the bacon until crisp. 2. Toast the bread and spread mayonnaise on one side. 3. Layer the bread with the tomatoes, eggs and half of the bacon. Then top with another slice of bread. 4. And the chicken or turkey, the rest of the bacon and 1 leaf of lettuce. Finish with another slice of bread and cut into quarters. 5. Secure with a cocktail stick. Suggestion: serve with crisps.
