Karo Coils Pvt. Ltd. is a state of art Plant which runs on a continuous piece flow concept with a capacity of manufacturing 300 metric tonnes Hardened Wires wire every month and more than 1.5 million Springs per annum.
We manufacture Cold Coil Springs from wire diameter 2 mm to 17 mm.
We also process Hardened Wires in-house from wire diameter 3 mm to 17 mm with help of wire drawing and heat treatment facility.
This helps us to be cost competitive, supply small & large volumes and develop samples in the least time period by having all the processes in-house including conveyorised powder coating in multi-colour.
