Aloha, I am Gayle Yogi From Hilo Hawaii. I was introduced to Saladmaster by my mother. She said she saw a cooking demo and it was a must to own this product and to set aside a frying pan and skillet. Well I love my mom and went to purchase my cookware and she brought it home to start cooking. My husband said that the cookware is only as good as the cook. He knew I hated to cook and we ate out about 3-4 times a week, but I started to become ill every time we ate out. I then decided to host a dinner and Maribeth changed all of our lives that night. We found that the cookware was easy to use, fast to cook with, cleanup was a breeze and most of all extremely healthy. Thanks to Maribeth, I now love to cook. She made sure I maximized the use of my cookware. I just wanted to share my good news with everyone because I wasn’t aware that my coworker owned the cookware for the past 6 years and he didn’t share that with me. I feel I have been missing out on all the benefits and wasted all the money on what I thought was the best cookware…. I feel everyone should have a set of Saladmaster cookware. Maribeth and Saladmaster, I love to cook and love my cookware. You are changing lives. Thank you. Gayle Yogi

Jose Zepeda and Brenda Tablit are the winners of the $25 Starbucks gift cards. They both entered in their original Saladmaster recipe which appeared in this weeks and last weeks addition of the Warriors newsletter. Check out their recipes.

Have you ever been in a restaurant or a store and received bad service? Did you go out of your way to talk to the manager or tell a friend how bad the service was? Now on the flipside, if you had fabulous service did you tell your friends and family to go to the restaurant because the food and service was fabulous? Remember your customer is the best advertising you have. If you give great service, they will tell others. Once you have sold a set to your customer, don’t forget them. They can increase your business by a huge percentage. If your customer i s satisfied with your service, they will turn around to let friends, family and even strangers know. Do whatever is necessary t o treat them special and they will go out of their way to let others know about the positive experience they had. On the other hand, if something happens and they are dissatisfied they are more apt to not only tell friends and family, but also stranger s about the bad service they received. They may even use social media such as Facebook, linked -in and even blogs. Treat them like gold and you will get what you deserve. Here are some tips to keep in touch with your customer. - Call them and ask if they need any help with their cookware or if there is anything else you can help. - Get their email address and send them a message on occasion and ask if they need anything. - Send them a postcard thanking them for their purchase and/or hosting a dinner. Make that connection and they will remember you in the future. This Information was provided by CEO of Nordstrom and Manager at Les Schwab. I had the opportunity to go to a seminar and he ar them speak on “How to WOW your customer”. Karla Beck (Estherbrook Marketing Specialist)
