Tell Clothing my kid was easy. Finding the right items was also really very easy, mainly because all the brands are really easy to find. Because as a teenager myself I know what brands to look for. American society has come to be so focused on expensive things because we all want to be in the loop. If you’re not in the loop then you’re not cool. You don’t fit in if you’re not. And are minds thing if we don’t have this or that than then other people will judge us. I know a couple people including myself that are not influenced by the negative media in how people should dress and behave. For example when everybody said yolo and getting drunk and having sex we tried to get their attention saying that is not save and yes you do only live once that why you should do stupid things and trying to get yourself killed.


Tell This is Karen, she lives in Washington. Karen lives in a brick house with a two car garage. She has a white Toyota and a blue volts wagon. The clothes Karen is wear are from PacSun. And her watch are from Macys. Karen’s hobbies are going outside in her backyard taking photos. She is also a model. She spends her money on food and going out with her friends and her house and car payments. The techniques that are being used in this ad is the different lighting and colors to get your attention. The ad is targeting teenage girls. In this add they are selling clothes. This ad has the values of the media. This ad shows the life of youth, glamour, and that the human body is an object. There is no christian values presented in this ad. There is a difference I can make. For example by not wearing brand logos. By not doing whatever everybody else is doing. And by not posting things to social media sites.


Analysis/ Reflection The product is alcohol. The brand name is Belvedere Vodka. The brand name appears in front of the girl. You only see the brand name/ logo once in the Ad. The name is placed in front of the girl. The target audience is young people that may of just turned 21. The feelings and emotions the ad has is happy and free. And that drinking is a care free thing. The hidden message that is being stated in this ad is that drinking is fun for everyone.

My Counter Ad.

This counter- ad is about how smoking is really bad for your body and for your lungs. As you can tell in the picture about the right hand side is lungs from some one that is a non smoker. And the lungs on the left are from somebody that is a smoker. I’ve seen this impact a lot of my family members. Some of my family members have had to go to the hospital because they weren’t breathing right and it was because they started smoking. As a Christian we are called to live a healthy lifestyle because we are the image of god and to be health is the right thing to do.
