VU DE BIZERTE, RAMADAM 2012 Pour Dream City, Jilani Saadi s’aventure dans un projet expérimental : filmer sa ville avec une nouvelle caméra qu’il a acquise récemment et qui est normalement destinée à filmer les performances sportives (filmer la vitesse). Il se trouve que cette caméra aurait appartenu à un serial killer qui l’aurait utilisée pour filmer ses meurtres, ce qui n’a pas manqué d’intriguer le réalisateur de Tendresse du loup. Une nouvelle expérience de tournage où les images rapides, saccadées, subjectives, laisseront transparaître une part des ressentis, émotions et contradictions quant à sa relation à sa ville natale : Bizerte. Le film sera suivi d’un débat animé par Tahar Chikhaoui en présence du réalisateur Jilani Saadi

This camera happens to have belonged to a serial killer who employed it to record his murders, which deeply intrigued the director of Tendresse du loup (that is Jilani). It is a new filming experience whereby fast, jerky and subjective images betray a part of the director’s feelings, emotions and contradictory affections towards his hometown, Bizerte. The film will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Tahar Chikhaoui with the participation of Jilani Saadi, film director
