Introduction My passion for art starts from the day I knew how to appreciate the landscape in my environment, but it was not just any landscape, the sea dazzled me with its slender line on the horizon. My passion for the sea is something internal as well as external, from there came my love for architecture. How could I spend all my time at sea analyzing and then I came to the conclusion of studying architecture with a combination in Naval. I would have the opportunity to spend as much time as possible at sea while designing boats. In this portfolio you can see a diversity of projects in which I am located at sea.

Unification, Ponce

Project The word unification has an etymological origin of the Latin "unus" that has the meaning "one", as its name indicates it means to reduce several compartments or groups to a single unit. This is achieved in two ways visually is used a apargolado that little by little is uniendocreando to if a direct corridor towards the node of the theater Vicente Murga and has harnessed to this. The other way is using a pavement that connects you to the theater crossing the pergola is how it is unified.

Puzzle, Ponce

Project A Puzzle is a board game whose objetive is to form a figure correctly combining the parts of it, whic are in different pieces or flat pieces. The term puzzle, pronounced or in spanish is a synonym for puzzle. This concep i associate with my work so that each path and each node is a piece that while going through this. You are binding each piece and at the end you have this great piece that was composed based on each of this. The node of the library is the last piece of the puzzle and the journey without is is nor possible to have the perfect puzzle.

University Center, Ponce Permeability

Project The project is located within the precinct of the Pontifical Catholic University campus of Ponce. Currently this is the student center. The project consists of turning this into a university center in which students, faculty, employees and visitors can converge on it. It lacks weaknesses at the moment and this is lack of image, very poor program, very weak green areas, areas of being in shortages and lack of shade. When you find these conditions you begin to work on ordering the space already finished you start to see a change in the before and after. This should be kept as much as possible if your structural system remains intact only adds a few square feet in the north facadeand the south facade. After having chosen the concept of permeability, some walls begin to be removed to create a set of bathrooms-

and solids by making this start to obtain cross ventilation, plus entrances to the facades. The added programs lacked space and this having a central patio was very helpful to add program in this. This central volume is open in the part of the first level, already in the second and third level is Catholic radio and student counseling. The facades of this are covered by a steel skin corten to provide shade in the spaces affected by the sun this gives an image and supports the concept as it has some perforations that go in conjunction with the permeability.
