Barry Krahn, a Seymour Wisconsin native, served as the general contractor for both the Green Bay and Two Rivers renovation projects. Two Rivers has since gone on to win the “best historic renovation in Wisconsin” Barry is very quiet in nature, but one you can always count on. He has just one sister and two parents who would go to the ends of the earth for him. Barry must have acquired his impeccable work ethics from his days working on his grandparents farm in Seymour. When he wasn’t building forts in the hay mow, Barry was constructing something out of Legos. Barry played football in high school and became a construction apprentice during his junior and senior year of high school. After working as a Lead for Fager Homes for 12 years, he left his construction career behind and joined the accounting program through Globe University, where he acquired his degree in tax accounting. He did all this while running the chapel and being a dad to his two little ones. Gina Krahn grew up in DePere in a very loving family, with 2 brothers close in age. She spent her childhood doing all things outdoors...nature clubs, basketball, tennis, volleyball, & even motocross. She’s a water enthusiast; paddle boarding & waterskiing remain her all-time favorite things to do. She went to college at UW Oshkosh, earning her bachelors degree in marketing and communications. After school she spent a few years in Chicago’s northern suburbs, but always knew Green Bay was home. Eventually she moved back & spent 16 years at BayTek Games in Pulaski. First as their marketing manager, and then on to Product Development; where her passion for leadership & design could be nurtured. While she loved her time at BayTek, the desire to become an entrepreneur grew stronger as the years went on. In 2009, she joined the Urban Hope Entrpreneurial Series, and the rest is history. She completed the course and purchased the old Holy Martyrs church weeks later. She hired Fager Homes to remodel the historic venue, and along the way, fell in love with Barry Krahn. Barry, along with owner Kevin Fager, headed up the project. Gina was very drawn to his craftsmanship. His construction style, and abilities, far surpassed what she knew to be possible. They married on 9/10/11 in their Very own Green Bay chapel. Their first son Owen was born in 2012 and Grayson was born a short 13 months later. Today, life as an mamapreneur is very busy, but when time permits, she reads and spends time with family at their cottage on the lake. Watching7her own children learn to waterski, surrounded by family, is definitely a gift from God, and one that fills her bucket!

CATERING INFORMATION Q. HOW DOES THE CATERING PROCESS WORK AT SEPIA? A. After booking your reception package with Sepia, you will receive information with diner options and pricing from all of our caterers. Our caterers welcome custom menus, and plates begin around $16. Prices will vary. Simply let us know what you would like to see and we’ll relay that to the caterer and get you a pricing estimate to reflect the custom menu. The estimates are prepared according to the number of guests you are projecting at your event. Estimates are valid 30 days from the time of receipt, so sign it and return right away, with 50% non-refundable retainer. (payable to sepia chapel)

Q. IS THERE A MEAL DISCOUNT FOR CHLDREN? A. Yes! Children age 10 and under receive a $2 off per plate and children age 2 and under eat FREE.

Q. MAY I HIRE MY OWN CATERER? A. Yes! You may hire your own caterer/bring in your own food . A service fee applies : $2 per person ( 1-49 guests) $2.50 per person (50-149) and $3 per person (150-350).

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FINAL GUEST COUNT IS DIFFERENT THAN MY ESTIMATED GUEST COUNT? A. No problem, this is common. In essence, you are paying 50% of the catering estimate to ‘secure’ or ‘lock in’ the caterer for your event. Then, 21 days prior to your event, you will be required to provide Sepia with a final guest count based on your actual rsvp’s. Sepia adjusts the estimate up or down based on your final count, and emails a final invoice to you. The final invoice is due 7 days prior to your event, and is not subject to reduction. When Sepia’s perferred Caterers are used,

Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SECURE THE CATERER? A. We recommend a minimum of 4-6 months prior to your event, if not sooner. Caterers are just like venues and fill up their calendars quickly. All caterers are based on availability, so our best recommendation is, as soon as you have identified your caterer, and have a rough idea of what you’d like for a menu, it’s best to pay the retainer to secure them for your date. Menu changes can be made after the initial retainer is made. .

Q. CAN I SCHEDULE A TASTING? A. Our caterers will do their best to provide a tasting, but due to the nature of the large fire grills and craft food, it’s not feasible to taste all menu items. We hope you can appreciate part of the tasting experience is to see the quality artisans behind the catering names!

Q. WHO DO I NOTIFY ABOUT ALLERGIES? A. You are responsible for contacting the catering entity directly and notifying them of any known food allergies at least 21 days prior to your scheduled event.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER (with a 3.5% processing fee), personal checks made payable to Sepia Chapel, and cash. Receipts will be issued for all transactions.

Terms & Conditions: All food is prepared and served by the professionals at one of the above preferred. 18%gratuity and applicable sales tax is added to your final bill.
