PROGRAM OVERVIEW New College Orientation is dedicated to making Frosh Week a supportive and engaging experience for 1,000 participating students. In contributing to their first taste of university life, sponsors like you have the unmatched advantage of expanding brand exposure and creating a lasting impression on one of the largest student communities in Canada.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF New College is home to a diverse community of students from all over the world. Last year, 900 students attended Frosh Week. The charts on this page represent the breakdown of our population.

We offer 3 sponsorship strategies tailored to enhance your company presence via direct access to our frosh and student leader population. Together, these 3 channels of approach provide a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage our unique demographic.
Promote brand recognition in print and digital formats. Highlight the value of your products and services on our Frosh Week promo materials to 1,000 New students!
They have to try it to believe it! Have our frosh experience just how valuable your products and services are by providing them with a Frosh Kit essential, raffle prize, or with live support.
Be part of the action! Engage our frosh, feature on our tours, or set up a booth to speak with students who are looking for the tools to make the most of their university life.
Leave a lasting impression on our frosh and student leaders by advertising on both our print and digital promotional material. This includes our Frosh Week invitations, Frosh t-shirts, video placement, 8â€™ x 3â€™ banner, and more. Show your support for the student community early and they will look for your products and services throughout their careers.
SPOTLIGHT YOUR BRAND!
The best way to ensure that New students really connect with your brand. Put your products into their hands! Reach out to our
students by offering your products, services, and vouchers as Frosh Kit essentials or Raffle Prizes. All registered frosh and frosh leaders receive a Frosh Kit stocked with items such as personal hygiene products, snacks, and stationary. In-kind sponsorship can also includes raffle prizes. Some past examples are netbooks, headphones, apparel, and games. You can also enhance these studentsâ€™ Frosh Week experience through event support in the form of catering, equipment and facility support.

In-kind sponsorships will be valued at half of their MSRP. This value may be used towards our recognition options
Be a member of the New College community by connecting with students face to face
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. New College Orientation Committee will be known as “New College” in these General Terms and Conditions. 2. Sponsor applications are handled on a first come first serve basis. New College retains the rights to reject any sponsor whose products or services are deemed inappropriate for the purposes of Frosh Week. 3. All sponsorship materials must be submitted within the deadline indicated on the timeline page of this document. 4. Without exception, New College must be paid at least 50% of the monetary deposit at the time of booking. Sponsorship payments are deemed overdue from the date of the event and the subsequent conditions will apply. 5. All amounts paid by the sponsor after the start of the event will bear interest that will be calculated on a daily basis, at the rate of eight percent (8%) from the first day of the event until the date that the full payment is received.

12. Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com, otherwise the full amount will be charged. 13. New College has the right to refuse any booking based on its Sponsorship Policy.

10. New College reserves the right to update the above policies at any time. By submitting an order, it is assumed that you have read all of our policies and agree to comply with our terms and conditions.
11. Cancellations received after 14 days prior to the event will incur a fee of 50% of the sponsorship package, which means that the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

S U M M E R
7. No part of an exhibit and no signs or other materials may be pasted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors, or other surfaces in a way that mars or defaces the premises or equipment and furnishings. Damage from failure to observe this notice is payable by the sponsor.
9. Any additional marketing materials of the sponsor(s) such as stands, brochures, commercials, logos, etc. will be provided by the sponsor to New College at the sponsor’s expense

6. New College will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor’s properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
8. The sponsor(s) reserves the rights to be acknowledged as an official sponsor of New College Frosh Week, acquire the benefits of their sponsorship as outlined in this document and nominate a logo of their business for display.
