HOSPITALITY BJs RESTAURANT & BREWHOUSE ORANGE, CA This project involved remodeling of an existing building shell to accomodate this 10,000 sf BJs restaurant. I created the entire set of construction documents while closely working with designers, client and enginering consultants. The project is currently on hold and is expected to go into construction in 2010.


HOSPITALITY DISNEY WEST SIDE DINER ANAHEIM, CA A new, two-story, 6,800 sf back-stage facility for Disneyland. The facility consists of a ground-level cast commissary with full kitchen and second floor offices. I led the construction documents phase while overseeing the production team with responsibilities such as regular client meetings, consultant coordination and contractor interface. .


HOSPITALITY RENAISSANCE CLUB SPORT EL SEGUNDO, CA This 300 room 4-star Marriott hotel project was the flagship assignment in my career since it offered me tremendous opportunities in Project Management ranging from design and space planning to contract documents, ADA & Life safety code research, client and consultant coordination, team leadership,budgeting and oversight and Value Engineering.


HOSPITALITY TIMBER COVE RESORT SONOMA COUNTY, CA This 50 room 3-star resort project had inherent challenges due to extreme grade elevations and its location overlooking the Pacific ocean. My responsibilities included, studying & analyzing the project site in terms of scenic views, historic significance, assigning tasks to the team members leading the contract documentation, adhering to the Clients project schedule including cordinating with various county departments & Engineering consultants


HOSPITALITY TROPICANA CASINO & RESORT LAS VEGAS, NV This was the largest and most complicated project I worked on in a collaboraive team environment. The project included a new 2500 room tower with casino and parking structure. My duties included, creating construction documents and coordination with various consultants.


HOSPITALITY VICEROY ANGUILLA RESORTS ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES This 27 Acre site in the caribbean islands was designed to have100 resort residences ranging from 500 to 2,500 sf each and 31 freestanding villas ranging from 4,300 to 6,000 sf each. My responsibilities were to create CDs for various parts of the resort, residences and Back-Of-House buildings.


RETAIL BEAUMONT MARKETPLACE BEAUMONT, CA The Marketplace Beaumont is a destination retail center with 190,000 s.f. of leasable area located along the city of Beaumont’s Second Street Marketplace retail corridor. Tenant improvements included: Best Buy, Ross Dress-for-Less, Staples, and Bed Bath. I created CDs for the project by collaborating with overseas workforce.


RETAIL GROCERY MARKET ONTARIO, CA The project included design & construction of 50,000 sf ground up grocery market. My involvement in the project began at the conceptual stage through construction administration including creating design alternatives, oversee a team of junior Architects, construction documentation, city and consultant coordination, obtaining all dept. approvals & bidding process.


INTERIORS LESANTO LABORATORIES MUMBAI, INDIA The project included design & construction management of 5,000 sf interior for a corporate office . My involvement in the project began at the conceptual stage through construction administration including creating design alternatives, detailing, oversee a team of contractors & vendors, material procurement, client interface and satisfcation.
