AARP Tax Help: 1 - 5pm at Tumwater Timberland Library, 7023 New Market St SW, Tumwater. AARP Tax-Aide volunteers provide free tax counseling and preparation services to low and middle-income taxpayers, with special attention to those age 60 and older, on a first-come, first-served basis. Electronic filing is available. Please bring your previous year's tax records and Social Security Card. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program: 4 - 6pm at the South Seattle College, Georgetown Campus, Room C110/111, 6737 Corson Avenue South, Seattle. Contractors, trade and labor organizations, small and disadvantaged businesses and others who might be interested in working with the Washington State Department of Transportation are invited to attend an upcoming informational session to learn about proposed changes to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program.
