LIGHTS ON AFTERSCHOOL EVENT SCHEDULED The 12th annual afterschool event is being sponsored by Family Pathways Youth Services and will be Thursday, Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. at the Family Pathways Teen Center located at 214 Railroad Ave. NW in Mora. Students, parents, educators and community leaders are invited to participate along with the 7,500 rallies which will also take place around the country.
