REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS While registrations are accepted up to the start date of a class, we must have a minimum number of students enrolled two weeks prior to the class start date

Online Registration for Spring 2014 Begins Saturday, March 15 (12:00 AM ) Online registration requires VISA/MasterCard or Discover. KaleidoscopeSchoolofArt.com is changing to: KaleidoscopeSchoolofFineArt.org Both web addresses are active. We appreciate your patience as we transition to our New - not for profit status! You may also register in person or over the phone during office hours after Online registration begins. Kaleidoscope accepts checks & cash via in-person and phone registration. Please make checks payable to Kaleidoscope.

PLEASE READ THIS - CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that circumstances can arise causing a change of your plans. While we sympathize when such a situation occurs, we must adhere to a business policy. All changes and cancellations are subject to a service charge. 10% service charge for changes and cancellations before the cancellation date. 50% service charge after the cancellation date. Cancellation Date: April 11th No refunds, No Credits will be given 3 business days prior to the first day of class •Your cancelled check is your receipt. •There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. •It is the responsibility of the student to attend class without additional notice. •Senior citizens (60 and older) receive 10% discount off tuition upon request. •Gift certificates are good for one year. 2
