Among the lecturers invited for this third edition were María José Álvez, the Regional Director of ICCA for Latin America, Ulrike Von Arnold, CEO of the Vienna Conventions and Visitors Bureau, André Berberi, CEO of ADN Eventos, Julio Urban, CEO of Idealiza Eventos, Sergio Takao Sato, President of the Federation of Conventions and Visitors Bureaus of Parana, Brazil, María Luiza Losso, CEO of Malu Losso Eventos, Adele Bartolucci, Sales Manager of Transamerica Expo Center, María Katavatis, Events Manager of EMBRATUR, Lenini Lamouniere, CEO of Master Turismo, Luiz Paulo Luna of TV Med, Ulysses Fagundes, a doctor of the Child Gastroenterology and Nutrition Society. The third GMM was organized by Idealiza Eventos, and sponsored by Master Turismo, Santur and the Blumenau Conventions and Visitors’ Bureau, and supported by the Brazilian Confederation of Conventions and Visitors’ Bureau, the São Paulo Conventions and Visitors’ Bureau, Sao Paulo Turismo, the Football Museum, Malú Losso Eventos, MGM Equipamientos, Noah Gastronomia, TV Med and TAVS Áudio Visual. The GMM takes place in an immersion system, to enhance its outputs. In addition, the meeting provides a chance to learn about real-life cases, both in Brazil and abroad, showing procedures that are of key importance for the sector, including the capture of international events, problem-solving in large events, dealing with the corporate sector, and management of audiences, among other issues.
