With looks that recall the Flip range, the Samsung HMX-U10 will take 10MP still photos and 1920x1080 HD video. You can gawp at your handy work on the Samsung HMX-U10's 2-in LCD screen and upload them straight to Youtube. The camcorder weighs in at just 95g (including battery). The software also hides some nice little extras like animated thumbnails and basic editing on the camera itself with Samsung's intelli-studio software. It'll also allow you to edit on a PC without installing additional software. The Samsung HMX-U10 will be available in September. But that's not all. Samsung has unleashed a slew of other lovely lens toting tech. Fist up there's the Samsung ES17, a 12MP compact camera with face-dtection due in August for £89. Then there's two new 720p capturing HD camcorders, the Samsung SMX-K40 and SMX-K44 which boasts a 16GB solid state drive. There's also another compact camera, the Samsung PL55, with smart auto to pick the right setting for the picture you're taking and a smart album feature that automatically organises your snaps. It's also due in August, priced at £149. Finally there's the 12MP, 5x optical zoom Samsung PL70 which also includes a 28mm wide angle lens and HD video capture. It too (sure you've picked up a theme by now) is available in August for £199.
