i. Who will be the deliberating body for this? (refer to par. 1) 1. For the organizations and sectors, there are specific point persons 2. Sanggunian is part of this body through Kelvin ii. Will the companies adjust to the guidelines of the AEMC? 1. Not all will be willing to adjust 2. Negotiations must be made with respect to the companies 3. Have a list of preferred companies from AEMC e. Projects of COA were already approved by OSA, and changing them for the AEMC guidelines might be problematic with respect to their sponsors i. They already searched for sponsors ii. If possible, have phases for the implementation of the guidelines 1. Full implementation possibly in the Second semester iii. Organizations who have not consulted with companies would be advised to follow the guidelines present now to avoid inconvenience f. Formalize a report for the recommendations i. Consider contents with the organizations of COA ii. Include the Minutes of last joint session g. Is it possible to provide the statistics of the changes of BYOB and CLAYGO i. To be published by the COP ii. This is a Confidential file 1. Provide the salient points in order for the students to see the effectiveness of these movements iii. Contact the Advocacy team of AEMC for this h. Ateneo is an Environment Friendly institution, so the guidelines will be followed no matter what i. The guidelines will be for food as of now i. 1. Strengthen the implementation of the memo with respect to the teachers vi. Target percentage: 100% vii. How will the Sanggunian appoint the beadles? 1. CSR will handle 2. As of now there are 40% viii. Recommendation: 1. Have the teachers go to the ADAA as well to report if they have beadles 2. Problem: Not really supported by the faculty ix. Clarify the responsibilities of the beadles 1. Attendance of the teachers (Submitted in the week) 2. Turn-off lights etc. x. Beadle conference in the coming 2 weeks xi. Recommendation: Updates on the Beadle conference by next CB Meeting b. Committee on Student Activities (CSA) i. Sanggu video is almost done 1. COA 2. SOH 3. Final part ii. Sanggu SEAL 1. Part of the output of the Career Week 2. POPA will be working with us on Career Week 3. Just have to talk to local employment 4. Clarification: some schools are asking if this can be moved from CSA to BCA a. Isn’t a tie-up possible? b. Operationally, CSA will be given a budget for this. c. SB assistance will be needed. d.
