goal of the project is the development of a prototypical building, which is used throughout the country.the base module with three class rooms form here a village school, but larger plants could result out of the combination of this module. it can also be used as an extention for already existing schools. final drawings in detail of the selected design with a sanitary planning with a biogas plant

2013 [building extension to my parental house]


the kitchen and the living room is extended by an additional dining area. the kitchenette was extended to its level and a cooking island was placed opposite on the same hight.its backside forms at the same time the heightened side of the lowered zone with the dining table.the room gains thereby in height and light. it opens to the south to a terrace with a wooden deck and a stair system into the garden. approval and expansion through baehr rรถdl necologix architects

2014 [diploma design- house of craft trades]


to give Berlin a house for the crafts, which combines the many requirenments of the different users, was the main focus of my werksta[d]t. workshops, schooling and administrative centres are deliberately combined in a complex of buildings and brought into contact with eachother .this creates different qualities of life involving the surrounding areas and gives the place a new character and identification, which is the overall goal of the design. prudently integrated, the building orientates itself in scale and proportion on the surrounding context of city and houses. the receivable existing building is completed by a residential building, which adopts the hight and completes it to a block boundary and is seperated by a passage ramp from the actual house of the crafts. as part of the redevelopment the public space at the Jannowitzbrücke will be more interesting: while maintaining the guidance from and to the station the connection should be more interesting and revived alongside with the revitalized viaduct vis-á-vis . by this a more intensive experience of craft and its environment is possible. the werksta[d]t should be a place of exchange, in which the different trades are combined, and their connection are made to come alive. a new and creative vivide community site is arising.

the roof as the thematic focus- in an analysis the shape of the rood as well as the relationship of the structure compared to the roof are investigated. on the basis of understanding the building the next step is to rebuild and transform the given situation. our main goal of the reconstruction was to design the solidarity of both building parts more readable. With that the unsightly intersection of the roof will be removed.

Das ÖPNV-Netz wird in deutschen Städten immer stärker ausgebaut und der Individualverkehr verringert sich auf Grund von Ölknappheit und steigendem Umweltbewusstsein immer mehr. In vierzig Jahren könnte sich der motorisierte Verkehr so weit veringert haben dass auf der Boschetrieder Straße nur noch der Tramverkehr der Westtangente verläuft und sich der Shared Space auf die Boschetsrieder Straße ausweitet.
