Happy Holidays! The last few months have been a whirlwind for us, and we’d like to share some exciting events and changes we’ve experienced. We are thankful to God for the progress made in our fundraising, and we also want everyone to be aware of opportunities that are currently available to help us reach our goal.

Moving out of our house With the housing market still struggling, we

put our home up for rent in August thinking it would take a while to find a tenant. But God provided the very next week! It was a great reminder to us that God will supply our needs as we step out in faith to follow Him. We moved out of our house the weekend of September 12th and are currently staying with friends. It was pretty strange to see all of our belongings loaded onto a semi trailer and driven away without us! But everything arrived safely in Little Rock, Arkansas, where it was loaded into a shipping container and later received at Rancho Ebenezer. The ranch staff moved it all into our home there. We hope to follow soon!

Fundraising Events We want to thank the churches who hosted fundrais-

ing events on our behalf. We have done presentations in Arizona, Utah and Nebraska. We also want to thank everyone who helped raise money through our yard sales, the Pampered Chef fundraiser and the My Kid’s Closet Sale. These events were very successful and we have raised nearly 60% of our funding. God has truly blessed us with so many Christians willing to help us get the word out about our ministry in Honduras!

Staying On Course We are eager to get to Honduras and hope to

be fully funded by Christmas. The majority of our time is being spent contacting people about partnering with us financially. As we thought about the pledges we still need, we realized that if everyone from our mailing list (not including those who have sent donations already) pledged $10 per month, we would be FULLY FUNDED! Please prayerfully consider becoming a monthly sponsor. We would love to have you join us! For $10, $25, $50 or whatever you can send each month, you will completely change the lives of these abandoned children forever. It won’t be long now until we can move to Honduras and rescue our 6 little boys who are probably sleeping on the street tonight. Each and every sponsor, regardless of the amount they pledge, will make a difference in the lives of these children who so desperately need our help!

“He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well. Is that not what it means to know me?” declares the Lord. Jeremiah 22:16

Blessings in Christ,
