These projects include building an efficient and updated alumni database with existing work positions, emails and work addresses to serve as a contact list for alumni communication. When completed the database will be utilized to advance the University’s international ranking & initiate an online alumni directory to help graduates and students to reconnect with each other and with the university. The office will also be responsible for performing student employability studies. The employability studies will provide the university with the data needed regarding the employment rates of JUST graduates in various sectors locally and on the regional and international levels in order to identify the specialties with the highest and lowest employment rates and the current needs of the employment market. Additionally the office is planning to establish an official annual fund for the purpose of enabling alumni and friends to donate what they can each year to generate a powerful collective fund capable of enhancing the student experience. The student annual fund can provide the university with a stream of revenue needed to enhance the quality of student experience at JUST.
