Below is a transcription of this video – Hey, this is Justin. I really looked booked up with cabs coming towards me, I’m reading a book right now. This is interesting actually, interesting to me and I hope it’s interesting to you. I’m reading a book called The Four Hour Shift by Timothy Ferriss. Ferriss became very famous about five years ago. The Four Hour Shift, I read this before, he talked about the slow card buying. That’s the idea he forced to actually lose weight. He says that the one thing, the key thing, when we try to lose weight is, pick one thing. I lost kind of an enormous amount of weight actually doing this. Thirty grams of protein from thirty minutes of eating. And that was a more easy way to


get out. So it took one activity, so what’s cool about that is you do an activity like that: number one, your activity’s done like “once you do it and first thing in the morning, you’re actually done for the day.” Once you’ve mastered that , probably other habits that actually follow the place afterwards, then that’s simple. And you could focus on other things that actually kind of fall flat on your face for the rest of the day, so that’s awesome. So, I shared that because facilitating change isn’t that difficult or that challenging if you have the right information, if know the right things to do and if you’re willing to not overwhelm yourself, right? Overwhelm yourself with all the wrong information and all the things that you can’t do. So I just wanted to share that. (About to get my breakfast, probably not a thirty gram-er) But it’s funny because I had this on my mind for a while. I was like, “Aahhh, all I’ve got to do is get thirty grams.” Day one goes by and I don’t do it. Day two goes by, I don’t do it. Day three goes by, I don’t do it. It’s day four, it goes by, I don’t do it. So I share that by the time you see this video, shoot me a message, say “Hey, you’re doing your thirty grams of protein first thing in the morning?” and the answer to that question would be “YES,” I hope.
