To See the Whole Video, Go To - Ratios Below is a transcription of this video I want to talk about ratios in your business and specifically something that I’m dealing with right now. It’s time spent in creating content versus engagement time. I think at this point in time my ratios aren’t where I want them to be. I want to be spending more time engaging with people and talking with people and chatting with people, finding out what they’re looking for, what value, how I can help out more. Most of my time right now is spent on creating content. I think the creating content piece is a valuable piece but I would like to actually get to a place where
I’m at least 50-50, if not leaning more towards engagement than the content creation piece. My specific challenge right now and why I’m working through this is that we identify those areas that we want to tweak and we want to improve and we want to reallocate and doing that on a regular basis. We never get to a place where we’re absolutely baked and where we’re done. Once you get to that place, you’re either dead or your business is going start dropping off. I just realized it’s more important to evaluate those things you want to tweak and you want to actually make better, and to realize it’s not going to change overnight. It might but it doesn’t necessarily have to change overnight, but you’re heading in the right direction of where you want to go. That’s what really makes the difference, to figure out what actually triggers you to head in the direction that you want to move towards. Thanks a lot for listening to this message.
