Lack of Motivation

To See the Whole Video, Go To - Lack of Motivation Below is a transcription of this video I want to talk about lack of motivation when you actually get to the gym, when you physically get to the gym. This is not for people who are trying to get to the gym. I’m experiencing a lot of times in the past where I get to the gym and I just don’t want to do anything and I get lazy there. I came over the solution just this morning actually for that.


I think what it comes to is you don’t have a reason to actually work hard and to work your body out hard. It means it’s probably an indication that you’re being lazy in a lot of other areas of your life. It was funny, I woke up this morning at 4:30. I did about two hours worth of videos this morning and created those. Then I went and worked out afterwards and it was one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever had because I was motivated, I was filled up. I had so much energy inside of me that I needed to release and to have a hard workout. I share that, I think you can power through. I’m sure there are people, if you’re watching this video and you’re exercising, you can power through a video then you probably are more advanced than myself. This is for the people who are trying to get into an exercise routine. You’ve gotten through the first hurdle of actually getting yourself into the gym and moving forward, but you haven’t moved into that second phase of figuring out how to push yourself harder when you get there. That’s the important time to actually work on something else in your life, so you have a reason to work out and it’s exciting and you wind up having a bigger, more fun-fulfilling exciting life if you do it that way.
