Below is a transcription of this video Hey, this is Justin and it is a good thing today, Thursday, February 28th. I’m walking along the Hudson River. I don’t know really where this is, wherever between downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. Maybe it’s the Hudson. But anyway, I just want to share something interesting while I’m walking around and passing people who are exercising, and what stands out is probably that I’ve passed thirty Chinese senior citizens, who are just kind of exercising. They’re doing repetitive motions. That’s actually really cool, very lightly, very relaxed repetitive motions. And then there’d be a group that’s kind of working,


that’s working in sync and you know, it’s funny because I realized it’s not the intensity that the exercise demands, it’s just that the consistency. Everything that I’m out here to say, a group of people are out here and that’s actually inspiring. They’re not doing things that I would necessarily think that I should be doing, but the fact is that is, there’s a guy, who walked right through me but barely walking , limping along, barely walking. But out here, he’s kind of doing an exercise but he’s out here every single day. So, a shout out because, what I thought, the grandiose plans that the and the glitz and glamour for doing a perfect thing and you’re doing it correctly like doesn’t make a bit of difference, getting out there and exercising and one thing on your chops, so, if you’re struggling on your marketing right now, just get out there and do something. Do a blog, do a bad thing, bad thing, do it poorly, do it wrong. Just get out there and do it, and keep doing it. So thanks a lot for listening, it’s been an awesome day.
