Futsal Futsal (Indoor Soccer) is lead by professional soccer coaches from Soccer 365. Soccer skills are taught through fun drills and activities that engage young players in learning basic to more advanced ballhandling skills. Futsal is the FIFA approved five-a-side soccer game played on a basketball style court, with no walls and a low bouncing ball, necessitating players to use their skill rather than the ball’s bounce to propel it. Great soccer superstars such as Pele, Denilson, Zico and Ronaldo grew up playing the game and attribute Futsal with developing their skills. In 1988, Ronaldo as a junior joined his first club, Tennis Club Valqueire where he played Futsal. Yes, the great Ronaldo started his soccer career in a tennis club like LRC playing Futsal in Rio!

Iyengar Yoga “Meditation in Action” THE IYENGAR METHOD OF YOGA

Pilates Pilates is a full body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength and endurance. Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles (abdominals) strengthening the deep torso muscles that protect the spine. It also aims to stabilise the pelvis and shoulder girdle to prevent lower back, neck and shoulder discomfort. The repertoire of exercises are conducted with the following principles in mind: alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flowing movements. All exercises are performed on a mat, with bare feet and, in some cases, some props to aid movement or add difficulty. Pilates can be deceptively demanding. Those who do Pilates regularly, feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury and experience a feeling of well-being. Age:
