Pre and Post Self Evaluation - Julie Martin, Multicultural & Special Populations I put this together for use with a group facilitation on Classism. The ‘Target’ image below was reproduced onto a large piece of flipchart size paper. At the start of class, learners were given four stickers of the same color and asked to rank themselves on their level of understanding of each of four topics. After the learning event, learners were given four different color stickers each and asked to show their level of understanding. This activity serves to clarify the learning targets to students, as well as a visual feedback for facilitators.
