OZANAM HOUSE Charity work The client: Ozanam House is a crisis accommodation facility for men over the age of 18. What we did: Extension donated design, project management services and hard earned cash to produce ‘The Roofless Kitchen’. A recipe book like no other, it sheds light on the issue of homelessness and good food practices. All sales of the book go directly to the Ozanam House.

EYNESBURY Client: GEO PROPERTY GROUP The project: Eynesbury Township is one of the newest towns in Victoria in over 100 years. Located 40kms west of Melbourne’s CBD, Eynesbury is surrounded by the beautiful Grey Box Forest and over 1,500 acres of open space including the Graham Marsh designed 18-hole championship golf course. This is one of the most significant residential projects in Victoria. What we did: Extension is the appointed marketing agency for GEO Property Group Victoria. We have been involved in this project since mid 2009 and have developed and coordinated all aspects of the branding, marketing and sales strategies, including employing a dedicated Marketing Manager for the project.

SALVO PROPERTY GROUP Client: Salvo Property Group Project: Various What we did: Mario Salvo founded Europcar, the Asia Pacific car rental giant which he sold in 2004. He then started the property development company First Delta Group. Extension has been working with Mario since his first project and continues to do so. We have been involved in each of Mario’s projects and all of the corporate marketing in various roles from the purely strategic to end-to-end delivery.

What we did: Extension has been involved since the planning phase of The Bank Apartments and completely managed its delivery to market. Our close working relationship with the Salvo Property Group resulted in 75% of the project being sold within 2 months.

COLLIERS DIRECT Client: Colliers International The project: Colliers Direct is a global gateway to the channel partners of Colliers International and is a website that offers the future of property sales. It provides immediate access to referral agents across

Australia and internationally, delivering properties to greater numbers of qualified buyers faster than previously possible. Colliers Direct controls all apartment reservations in real time, in a controlled and secure online environment, maximising sales. What we did: Extension, along with Colliers International, developed the system, created the brand and produced the entire comprehensive website. Extension works on continuous updates on the site and coordinates staff training for the CMS system.

PAUL FRANZE Client: Paul Franze The project: Paul Franze is a property developer based in Melbourne. He works predominantly with business partners in varied sectors of property development and has a growing reputation as a skilled developer who can identify a great site. What we did: Extension was appointed to develop a branding and naming strategy for Paul Franze. Building upon the developer’s surname we created a brand that communicated the essence of the company’s values, evoked a sense of curiosity and interest and was aesthetically pleasing.

Pearson & Victoria offers a comfortable and affordable lifestyle for those wanting to live in the inner city. What we did: Extension was involved in taking this project to market. We managed all marketing and advertising aspects for this project, including developing its branding and naming strategy and producing marketing collateral that ensured this unique parkland site looked as glamorous as possible. Great interest was gained pre-launch through highly targeted online advertising. Our post-launch advertising and promotions aided Knight Frank to sell over 95% of this project prior to construction commencing.

SOUTH WHARF TOWNHOUSES Client: Austexx / Knight Frank / Lucas Real Estate The project: South Wharf Townhouses are located in a hidden pocket of the vibrant new suburb known as South Wharf. In association with Knight Frank and Lucas Real Estate, Extension was appointed to take this innovative project to market. What we did: We delivered the brand and naming strategy, an exciting range of images, their marketing collateral and sales tools in less than 4 weeks. The success of the project was celebrated when 26 out of 28 townhouses sold in less than 2 months.

CORBU TOORAK Client:Joenz Property Group The project: Corbu is a new architectural direction for Toorak. Consisting of only 7 apartments, the luxury building is a contemporary development surrounded by Georgian houses and classic homes on Grange Road. What we did: Extension assisted Joenz Property Group with the development of the brand, copywriting and design of all collateral.

ALLISON GARDENS The Client: Trisand The project: Allison Gardens is 79, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in Essendon. The target market is local investors. What we did: We named the project after the park on which it is located and created 2 sub-brands to give the project a premium feel. We created beautiful imagery and brochures, a display suite and a range of advertisements on and offline to assist the developer to take the project to market. The whole development achieved a big project feel on a shoestring budget.

CORNELL’S HILL Client: GEO Property Group The project: Located in the fast growing town of Doreen, Cornell’s Hill is a land estate with elevated allotments that offers spectacular views of the city skyline and the Plenty Valley. What we did: We upgraded all signage on and off site, managed the media placements, reset all collateral and prepared a very creative advertising campaign that tripled the enquiry and more than doubled the previous sales rate. Cornell’s Hill is now sold out.

CASCADES ON CLYDE Client: GEO Property Group The project: Cascades on Clyde is located in the City of Casey, on the border of Cranbourne and Clyde. With over 14 hectares of wetlands and parkland to enjoy, Cascades on Clyde is a new community built for a modern dynamic lifestyle. What we did: Extension repositioned the Cascades on Clyde brand to coincide with the more premium wetlands product release. We produced completely refreshed sales collateral, including signage and display suite.

MAX BROWN Client: Max Brown Real Estate The project: Max Brown operates a 7-office network and is the leading independent real estate agency in Melbourne’s outer-east and Yarra Valley. What we did: To promote the release of their new 1300 number, Extension prepared a comprehensive advertising campaign including press, online, direct mail executions and bus shelter signage. We recently produced a new set of corporate ads for them, focusing on promoting the persona behind Max Brown.

ONSHORE RESORT TORQUAY Client: The Casey Group The project: OnShore Resort is a $130 million resort and lifestyle development on the Torquay foreshore. OnShore offers a range of investment apartments, residences, townhouses and land, all with the convenience and facilities of a 5-star resort. What we did: Extension managed the marketing for the developer allowing them to relaunch their distressed project. By carefully repositioning OnShore Torquay the developer was able to sell nearly $10 million in product in their first season back on market.

CUMBERLAND LORNE Client: Cbus Property/Consolidated Properties The project: Located in Victoria’s premier coastal town, Cumberland Lorne offers the ultimate in luxury. What we did: Extension strategically managed the sales and marketing of this 102 apartment complex. Working closely with Colliers International, the team received higher than expected results and more than 50% of the development was sold in the first season of selling.

THE HILTON SOUTH WHARF Client: Plenary Pty Ltd / Colliers International The project: The Hilton South Wharf was Melbourne’s most prestigious project for 2009. It is located in Melbourne’s newest business and dining precinct. What we did: Extension was appointed to design and deliver the marketing material required to sell the top two floors of apartments. The brief included photography, copy, design and production of various brochures and expo style displays. Our creative involvement ensured that Colliers International sold all their apartments off market in under a month.

MY DREAM Client: Austar Media Group The Project: The internationally renowned ‘China Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe’ toured Australia and New Zealand in November and December 2010. What we did: Extension worked with Austar Media Group, our media buyers—Multi Media Buying and Planning, and PR team Braveheart Media to coordinate an advertising and PR campaign. We advertised on billboards, newspapers and over 100 buses across Australia and New Zealand. The show was a sell-out success.
