A look at branding projects that explore logo types, corporate stationery package and environmental mock ups. These projects show the progress of brainstorming, conceptualizing, exploration, and final solutions.

Beeto Music App Beeto Music Therapy App is an easy, on-the-go music therapy. Targeting college-aged audience, Beeto has a modern, minimal, and calming feel. Beeto’s design is to feel up to date with current music apps. The creation of Beeto is to provide a therapeutic experience through the ear to the mind.

Branding: Rebranding

Pittsburgh Cultural Center Rebrand The rebranding of the Pittsburgh Cultural Center was to refresh the branding to fit the diverse community that is the Cultural District. PCC’s current branding is an old theater style pictorial logo that reflects a wood cut print. Having an logo show unity to express the unity of cultures was important focus. To find a solution, I explored various logo types that fit PCT’s morals and values. The final solution, a letter mark is flexible to caring the ever-changing environment in which PCT lives.



User Interface & User Experience Ntrl Organic Clothing Company Pantone U


Exploration of mobile and web user interface and user experience. These projects provide solutions to online navigation and structure to personalized user experiences.


User Interface & User Experience

Ntrl Organic Clothing Company Created and designed this mobile app experience for an organic clothing company in development, considered UI/ UX for both the app and online presence. Ntrl Organic Clothing was conceptualized on the notion of providing eco-friendly clothing options that not only feel good but look good. The app’s design was to simple to navigate and inclusive to all consumers.

Branding Ntrl’s branding is a mix of modern and organic. The logo, with reversed out line work, showcases a fluid movement the brand captures while the stable and modern typeface, Cavier Dreams, fresh clean aesthetic that fits into current trends – and carries into future – trends.



User Interface & User Experience

Pantone U Pantone U is a custom color story for Pantone users such as designers. The user is given a quiz to make a custom Pantone color to apply to Pantone Lifestyle, Pantone future brand collaborations, and Pantone swatch books. Also, to connect designers and Pantone by exploring the color story of their Pantone, explaining color psychology and how this color affects the design profession.

Design Pantone U’s design follows Pantone’s structured branding of using black & white to emphasize the color nature of the Pantone color system. I decided to place soft gradients were added to highlight specific stages with the user interface while using bold outlines of black lines.



Print & Publication Retrospective Poster Series The Book of Eames


Print & publication design and intended for commercial mass printing. These projects focus on a print series to mass produced for an event; an a coffee table book.

Retrospective Poster Series Retrospective poster series is for promotion of a famous individual exhibit. Created a poster series inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s life. The main focus was on typographic elements and was with Impact to reflect the boldness of her career. Bold type was used to keep a modern feel.

Design The final selection, after color studies, was based on how the type color treatments sat with the photo treatment. Applied duo-toned images in blue, purple, and red to give contrast to the blue and pink typography and represent three of Hepburn’s iconic movies.

Print & Publication

The Book of Eames The Book of Eames is a coffee table that celebrates the successful career of Ray & Charles Eames. The creation of the book was aimed to embrace a typographic and image balance along with subtle illustration. Usage of bold type and colors is a nod to Ray Eames creativeness in the Eames Furniture production. The methodical layout of content pay tribute to Charles Eames’ analytical mindset in the partnership..



Packaging Design Listerine Floss Refills Summer 72 Brew


A look at packaging projects that explore conceptualizations for new product lines for existing brands. Used elements of typographic, graphic, photography, and craft.

Listerine Floss Refills Listerine floss refills’ sustainable packaging is designed to be recycled materials. The purpose of the refills is to reduce plastic waste and provide storage for the floss. Along with helping the consumer to have a more eco-friendly footprint the design is meant to feel higher end at an affordable cost.

Design Used a monochromatic treatment to reduce ink and printing Paired with gray recycled paper with fibers that simulate a marble slab. The type treatment was provides minimal and modern aesthetics to also update Listerine’s branding.



Packaging Design

Summer 72 Brew Based on the 1972 creation of Stash Tea. Inspired by the concept and design for a throwback line of teas to nod to their founding year. Design is Portland aesthetic. In addition, with a reflects enunciation.

Design The design concept is a fun and vibrant graphic to reflect the Portland, Oregon culture. Organic freeflowing shapes represent the Oregon beaches that inspired the summer collection. Typography treatments are intended to create a modern and bold aesthetic to showcase the bold history of the brand.

Gateway Health Icons Gateway Health Icon library is targeted to have a unique design that fits into their current branding which includes basic shapes that create the main logo and shape combinations used in various materials.

Design The design of the icons follow particular guidelines made from their shape library or having similar qualities to there shape library. The challenge was creating unique icons that reflect Gateway’s branding to be similar to existing icons in the medical insurance profession.

Twenty Eight Self Care A website that provides self-care products for beginners or unsure consumers to be educated on the benefits of self-care on mental health. Also, it houses a safe and judgment-free zone to explore different self-care products at your own pace. The site also showcases smaller and affordable self-care brands for consumers looking for quality products at reasonable prices.

Branding Branding for Twenty Eight Self Care is geared to attract a college-aged to young professionals. Having a youthful but calming feel to still set towards the brand’s value of supplying a way to control your self care routine.

Design The design is to have a simple color palette and use various shapes to create a look of motion and fluid thoughts.
