A SPONGE CAKE DECORATED WITH M&M Ingredients: -

225g of sugar.

-

50cl of oil.

-

3 eggs.

-

A packet of backing powder.

-

A packet of confectionary chocolate.

-

Some M&M.

Directions: Put the sugar, the oil, the eggs and the packet of backing powder in a bowl and blend it. Then, put it in the oven (preheated at 180ยบC) during 20 minutes. Meanwhile, put the packet of confectionary chocolate in a plate and put it in the micro during 2 minutes. Finally, put the chocolate all around the cake and decorate with M&M.


A CHOCOLATE CAKE DECORATED WITH STRAWBERRIES Ingredients: - One full box of biscuits. - 1 L of milk - Liquid chocolate. - Strawberries (for the frosting ingredients). Directions: Put the milk in a bowl and then put the biscuits in the milk to make that the biscuits become wet. Then, take a plate and put inside a layer of biscuits and a layer of chocolate, a layer of biscuits and a layer of chocolate until it is full to the top. Put it in the fridge during 3 hours. Add the strawberries and now it’s ready to eat.


COCONUT BISCUITS Ingredients: -

800g of flour

-

400g of butter

-

400g of sugar

-

1 egg

-

A pinch of salt

-

100g of powder of coconut

Directions: Put the flour, the butter, the sugar and the salt inside a bowl. Mix it and stop when it looks like dough. Put the egg in the same bowl and mix it. Stop when the dough is slimy. Later, mix the dough with the coconut. Then, take a rolling pin and flatten the dough. Take molds of circular forms to make the form of the biscuits. Put it in a tray and later in the microwave during 10 or 15 minutes. Finally, take it out and it’s ready to eat.


A CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients: -

5 eggs

-

250g of brown sugar

-

125g of flour

-

1 packet of baking powder

-

125g of butter

-

2 chocolate bars for melt

Directions: Put the brown sugar, the flour, the backing powder and the 5 eggs inside a bowl. Then, take another bowl and put the butter the bar of chocolate and melt it all in the hob. Later, mix the mixture of the first bowl with the mixture of the second bowl and make a mass. After that, put all the mass in a mold. Finally, put the mass in the oven (preheated at 180ºC) during 30 or 40 minutes. To make the cover: First, Take a bowl and put the chocolate bar to melt with ten table spoons of water. Then, put the mix in the microwave during 2 minutes and a half. Finally, put the melt chocolate over the cake and expand it around the cake. Now, it’s ready to eat!


CUPCAKES Ingredients: -

500g butter

1 cup of sugar

4 eggs

-

A

spoon of vanilla

essence -

2 cups of flour

-

Grated lemon

-

1 cinnamon of vanilla

Frosting Ingredients: -

500ml cream

-

200g of icing sugar

Directions: First, put the butter and the sugar in a bowl and mix it. Then, add the eggs and the grated lemon and mix it very well. Later, put the flour in the same bowl to get a homogeneous mass. Next, put the mass into individual molds. Finally, put the molds in the oven (preheated at 250ÂşC) during 30 minutes. Meanwhile, put the cream and the icing sugar in a bowl and mix it to get a mass. Then, take the mass and decorate the cupcakes. It‘s delicious!
