We offer quality control that covers the supervision of those involved in the construction, and of the construction itself, all the way through the building process to its completion.

However, to guarantee the success of a project there must be a specific person or unit to coordinate the different specialists involved in the process. In other words, it involves flexibility and maintaining continuity between the initial plan and the ongoing work.

This involves adapting architectural plans to the available financial resources and supplier quotes, ensuring that each project supplier stays on budget, taking the necessary measures should there be additional costs, and drawing up payment forecasts during each stage of the works.

d Deadline control The initial plan needs to be monitored throughout the construction process. Deadline control is fundamental to ensure a satisfactory final result.

Each stage of the project is monitored and this information is included in a detailed incident report that allows our clients to follow the status of the project in real time.
