HEALTH & SAFETY J Tomlinson places the highest importance on health and safety as it believes that no company can truly be successful without ensuring good health and safety for its employees, clients and the general public. A positive approach to health, safety and quality and mitigation of risk is central to everything that J Tomlinson does and this permeates from the Directors and the Health, Quality & Environmental Manager right down to our site operatives. Our current AIR is 407, which is much better than the industry average of 779 for the Construction Industry. However we recognise the need for improvement and are actively striving to reduce it even further. We have detailed opposite accidents to J Tomlinson employees and our subcontractors reportable under the statutory requirements of RIDDOR 1995.
