VISHAL KALRA Vishal Kalra is a practicing Advocate and an acknowledged expert in the area of domestic, international tax and transfer pricing. Actively involved for over 15 years in advising Indian and foreign companies in domestic & international tax and transfer pricing litigation / advisory. Member of Delhi High Court Bar Association, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, International Fiscal Association and The Chambers of Tax Consultants. Vishal has handled various high profile litigation cases before the High Courts. Actively involved in representing Shell / Vodafone share issuance matter before the Bombay High Court. The issue involved was complex and first of its kind in the last decade, ever since, the introduction of TP provisions in India. Represented various taxpayers before the Delhi High Court and the Tax Court involving the highly debated tax issue relating to transfer pricing adjustment for creation / development of marketing intangibles by the Indian subsidiaries. Actively involved in handling tax disputes for various MNCs, in ITeS, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Electronics and FMCG before High Courts and various Benches of the Tax Court. Argued / represented over 100 cases before various judicial foras. Vishal is also handling applications for MNCs before the Authority for Advance Rulings.
