eSHINE™ Solar Bollard Technical Data The eSHINE™ SOLAR BOLLARD LED light provides uncompromising optical performance and outstanding versatility for a wide array of pathway and general pedestrian applications. The eSHINE™ BOLLARD delivers illumination and uniformity to meet a variety of worldwide lighting standards. Applications include - pathways, malls, gardens, resorts, golf courses, recreational facilities, playgrounds, and more. This unique system allows for rapid deployment, illuminating virtually anywhere the sun shines by day.
General Information Construction Die-cast aluminum bottom and top sections are mechanically joined to the extruded mid-section. The advanced mid-section allows for passive cooling of the solar panels ensuring thermal management control with reliable operation at 45-50°C ambient conditions. OGE (Optical Grade Epoxy) LED lamps offer advanced protection of the LED lights from vandal instruments such as lighters and baseball bats. The solar panels are specially designed with thicker laminate toughened glass which has been placed on a solid backing plate to support the entire panel. Optics 45, 60, 75 and 120 degree optics available mounted on a 60 degree angle for optimal light distribution and uniformity. All 4 sides have their own individual lamp assembly, which can be removed and enclosed, providing versatility for the project being installed. As each section is enclosed the remaining sections can increase in power to provide higher illumination.
LEDs CREE LED type C535A and C503D. Electrical LED drivers mount to die-cast aluminum back casting for optimal heat sinking and operation efficiency. Standard driver input 12 or 24VDC with an IP 67 rating and with diming function available to optimize lighting control. Mounting eSHINE™ Standard alloy pole mounted options available in 3.25’ and 6.5’. Finish Naturally anodised aluminum components and RAL powder coating. Vandal Resistance Our lamps have been vandal tested with lighters, knives, sticks, baseball bats and spray paint and still work under full attack. Lighters blacken the cover which easily wipes off and spray paint kerosene does not have a chemical reaction with our VLED™ UP lighting systems.
