Hip Hop - Try this energetic dance class with elements of Hip Hop and Funk. Move and groove to radio beats with lots of fun and sweat! (Seasonal)

Ripped - Group resistance training using weights, tubes, benches, BosuTM Ball and stability balls.

Focus on muscle endurance and functional fitness. Lots of intensity as you move from one exercise to the next. Get ripped!

Cardio Power Interval - When it comes to overall fitness, interval training can produce the best results. Enjoy the power of cardio vascular endurance with intervals of resistance training. Rev up your calorie burning potential in this class.

Industrial Strength - A combination of resistance training using dumbbells, bars, tubes and your

own body weight. Get the full benefits of functional, integrated movement for a head-to-toe work out. The focus on this class is muscular endurance and core strength using super sets.

Sport Circuit - Move from station to station in this interval class. Work on power, endurance, speed and agility through sport related drills and plyometric training. This work out offers periods of high intensity and active recovery to get you in the best shape ever! Bring a towel.

GVAC Boot Camp - Be prepared to sweat in this hard-core, high-energy class! You'll go through

intervals of cardio and plyometric drills along with conditioning for "basic training" skills. Due to the intense nature of this class, it may not be suitable for all fitness levels. A towel and water are required.

Zumba - Fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dymanic fitness program. One exhilarating hour of calorie burning and dance fun. No experience required.

Kickboxing Skills & Drills - Learn the basic fundamentals of kickboxing in drill format plus partner work and equipment use. Handwraps are required. Gloves are recommended.

Ball Dynamics - The ball is an excellent training tool to develop strength, mobility and balance.

This class format will take you through a series of exercises with a focus on core stabilization. With a strong and stable core, all movements, whether in athletics or everyday tasks, will become more efficient. Be prepared to sweat!

Intro to Ballet - Your child will be introduced to ballet and creative movements, learning turns and jumps, while

You’ll focus on achieving your personal fitness goals utilizing heart rate monitoring, perceived exertion, cadence control and proper cycling form and technique.
