Henzells delivers "KNOCKOUT" November Henzells Agency is finishing the year the way we started, delivering sustained positive results for buyers and sellers across all aspects of the real estate business. November was another knockout month for our sales team, achieving 24 sales for a combined total of approximately $12 million, with all agents contributing to the outstanding result. Once again the sales occurred across the full spectrum of property types from highly affordable apartments to high-end luxury waterfront homes, showcasing the enormous value and versatility in the local property market at present. One thing we have certainly noticed at Henzells in recent times, and something that is reflected in our strong sales record, is that when vendors set realistic prices, the market responds enthusiastically, and everybody wins. Our "knockout" November, follows an "awesome" October which saw 22 sales for around $11 million and builds on a sustained period of consistent results for Henzells, where we have achieved no fewer than 15

sales per month for the past 16 months. This lays the foundations for a very promising Christmas and New Year. The signs are very positive that we will carry this momentum through the holiday period when we traditionally see an influx of visitors who love what we have to offer, and plenty of buyers and sellers who are motivated to make something happen.
