This project came from the Revit cup architectural design competition in 2021, which was also my graduation project. It aimed to solved the contradiction between increment and stocked in the city while creatively transforming the traditional Xinhua Bookstore, and endowed it with new enterprise value, public value and cultural and artistic value. Whether it was the time translation of network marketing strategy, or the extension of traditional customs and group memory; It should highlight a prominent theme of sustainable development and reflected people's understanding of low-carbon cities and green buildings.

The old Xinhua Bookstore was located in the northeast corner of Nankai District, Tianjin, with convenient transportation. There was an Ancient Culture Sstreet scenic spot in the northeast corner of the bookstore.

The current situation of the site was that the old bookstore would be renovated next to the multi-storey podium that would be demolished.
Remove the facade of the old bookstore and retained its beams, columns and other load-bearing structures.

In October 1951, Xinhua Bookstore, Fuzhou Road, Shanghai was established.

The northeast branch was established in Jiamusi.
1942 On May 1, 1942, the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border branch of Xinhua Bookstore opened in Nanguan new market, Yan'an.
Xinhua Bookstore was established in Yan 'an.
With the demolition of the North Pass, the northeast corner of the old site was transformed into a department store, where shops have sprun up like mushrooms.

In April , the first branch of Xinhua Bookstore opened in Xingxian county, Shanxi Province.

In the 1930s, Guan Yin became the name of the northeast corner, and at the same time, it became the gathering place of dignitaries in old Tianjin.
Beidaguan, the earliest predecessor of Xinhua Bookstore in the northeast corner, was the place where the Qing government levied taxes.
In 1949, Chairman MAO announced the founding of new China, Xinhua Bookstores from liberated areas to all parts of the country.

We furthered subdivided the current functional blocks of the building.

Used the subtraction method of the block to cut the architectural form completely.

This project was completed in the summer of the first year of my work. In this project, I mainly assisted the main architect to worked out the creative schemed of plane and elevation, as well as the drawed of analysis drawing, the deepening of digital model and the layout of scheme text. I was responsible for the construction of Building 1 in detail. Sanqu town where the project was located had simple folk customs. Although there were some exquisite ancient buildings of more than hundred years, most of the buildings were dilapidated and needed to be rebuilt. With the support of national policies, there were industrial parks expanding outward. Our project was near the industrial park. Due to the influence of the surrounding environment and in response to the government's called for regional local architectural design, we decided to learned from the design language of Chinese classical architecture and surrounding local architecture to guided the design. This design provides me with valuable experience for a deep understanding of regional architecture. The total construction area of the project was 14142.13m2, the construction land area was 1520638m2, the plot ratio was 0.93 and the green space rate was 17.03%.

This project was another entity project after the art town. It was separated from the art town by an old town of Sanqu town. In this project, I participated in the drawing of floor plan, posted design and typesetting, construction drawing, rendering with Enscape and creative deliberation of architectural form. Considering the rainy summer in Sanqu Town, which was easy to cause floods, and the relatively backward medical conditions, we decided to design the exhibition hall with one room for multiple purposes, and could be transformed into a shelter and shelter hospital if necessary. The overall form of the building was occluded and interspersed, so as to achieve rich levels of indoor and outdoor space. The facade adopts local rubble combined with local traditional carving technology to echo the local culture and environment. At the same time, we also used the concept of planting roof to reduce building energy consumption. The construction land area was 12333.03m2, the total building area was 36475m2, the plot ratio was 1.98 < 2, the building density was 55%, and the green space rate was 35%.

This project was the first architectural project designed by BIM after I worked. This project taught me how to use rhino to make this complex curved shape. I participated in the model creation, analysis drawing, plane drawing of each layer and post text production of this project. The project was located in the center of Suining, adjacent to Fujiang River in the East, closed to mountains and rivers, with a beautiful environment. The construction land area was 44156.26m2, the total construction area was 107224.6m2, the building density was 35%, the plot ratio was 1.79 < 1.80, and the green space ratio was 40.12% > 40%.

Suining city was located in the central part of Sichuan Basin, equidistant triangle with Chengdu and Chongqing. In history, Suining became the political, economic and cultural center of Central Sichuan due to its profound cultural deposits, beautiful mountains and clear waters, and developed agriculture and commerce, especially famous for its textile and food industry.

Suining Cultural Center is the first cultural landmark building in Suining. The project covers an area of 117 mu, with a total construction area of 121,600 square meters and a total investment of about 1.43 billion yuan. This project came from the design course in the second semester of the fourth year of our university. The project was located in Xiangluowan business district, the core business area in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Xiangluowan has been established and developed for 10 years. So far, there was still great development potential and space, and the living service facilities need to be further improved, The location of the project was a block that needs to further improve these infrastructure. In addition to the office space, the high-rise building I designed also had commercial space that enriches everyone's life such as catering, retail and leisure activities, as well as a series of cultural spaces to improve their spiritual life such as galleries and coffee bookstores. The total land area of the project was 23065.8m2, the total building area was 77632.3m2, the aboveground building area was 50724.48m2, the building height was 257.4m, the building density was 36.07%, the plot ratio was 3.65 and the green space rate was 33.56%.

The land red line area is a trapezoid with an area of 11735.4m2,with four entrances and exits, adjacent to the main road in the East and south.
The West and South entrances of the building were the main entrances, and the East and North entrances were the secondary entrances. The streamline of the business area on the groundfloor was arranged through four entrances.
We used subtraction to carved out the outline of the building and made the architectural courtyard and patio.
Then we added the tower on the basis of the original ground business and divided the business type of the whole building.

SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT,RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN POPULATION AND BASE : I lived in Bishui manor. There was an open space in the north of our house. I hoped a high-rise commercial comprehensive office building could be built there, so that I could change jobs to worked near my home without worrying about the rush hour traffic jam in the morning and evening, and I didn't have to worry about going to the company late.
The base was located in Xiangluowan Business District of Binhai New Area, with developed transportation. It faced the main road in the east of Henan. The surrounding supporting facilities were complete, but it was sparsely populated and lacked buildings for cultural and recreational activities.

It could be seen from the above figure that the storey height of the top ten high-rise buildings in Tianjin was higher than that in Binhai New Area; At present, the maximum storey height of the high-rise buildings in Binhai New Area was close to 200m. According to the comparison of various parties, the high-rise buildings I designed should be the 11th high-rise building in Tianjin and the first high-rise building in Xiangluo Bay, with a storey height of more than 200m.

PLAY MUSIC If only there was a comprehensive high-rise commercial office building near my home, so that I could have a place to do my homework when my parents were busy.

PLANTING ROOF COBBLESTONE WAVE The building I designed extracted architectural symbols from pebbles, conch, bay, waves and suspention tower, and designed according to local conditions, combined with planting roof.
We used subtraction to insert balconies and added cantilevered eaves in the current building.
Finally, we reverse the tower according to the design concept and divided building formats, add interest to the building, and add planting roof to realize the concept of reducing energy consumption.
