19:00 | DIG | Adult £6.50, Friends of YAT £5.50 In 2015 Arts Council England funded new research into York Archaeological Trust excavations of the Swinegate area of York in the 1980s and 90s. A number of exceptional artefacts were found including a collection of wooden coffins and covers with human remains dated from the late 9th to early 11th-century.
