We’d recommend the following as introductions to Mexican food that aren’t too spicy: •Quesadillas •Enchiladas •Plain fish dishes •Tostadas (check the ingredients) •Beans and rice •Tortas (check the fillings)

Meal times: We usually make three meals per day. We normally have breakfast between 8:00 and 11:00, lunch between 14:00 and 16:00 and dinner between 21:00 and 23:00. The most important meal in Mexican culture is lunch, when dishes are heavier than in other meals.
