About Us Madokero has been formed through the collaboration of diverse professionals from different nationalities based in South Africa. The group competencies include project managers, engineers, business development managers and marketing specialist combining international experience with local knowledge and expertise. The Group was founded out of a realisation that governments in the Sub Saharan are wedged between a rock and hard place, viz increasing pace of service delivery infrastructure development not only quantity but also quality thus stimulating economic . Whilst this is to eradicate backlog in some countries, it also focusing on meeting millennium development goals. In South Africa particularly, there is emphasis on housing (human settlement), Health (Hospitals), education (schools).

Our Team Didier Mulaja Kalonji Didier Mulaja Kalonji is an Engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field. He has worked as a Civil Technician; Design Engineer; Contract Manager and a Project Manager. He has worked on the Kusile Power Station project for five years in various capacities, including Project Manager for Enterprise Development programme; Community Liaison OďŹƒcer Services and Professional Services associated with the Project Labour Agreement contract management. He worked as a Project Engineer Installation of Fibre Optic Cables between Midrand and Beitbridge Project. He also worked on in Construction management and monitoring as a Section Engineer. Other projects include renovation of ablution block facilities and installation of disabled facilities, Wash Basin and Domestic Portable Water for Johannesburg Market, closing up and refurbishment of various filling stations. He also played a role of Civil design and project management for various projects in various sectors including government departments, municipalities, private sector (petroleum industry and gas industry, water industry both locally and broadly in Africa. Didier holds a National Diploma Civil Engineering, and BTech Construction Management: Civil Engineering. He is fully computer literate and has an excellent command of most Project Management related programmes. He is multilingual and fluent in French, English and Swahili. He is currently working as a Project Manager on the Rest Of Africa District
Ntombi Tyantsi Ntombi has more than 17 years working experience in various sectors including telecommunication industry (Vodacom and Sentech), and later consulting. She has more than ten years of experience in diplomatic services where he facilitated the arrival and hosting of various Presidents, Special Envoys and Diplomats into South Africa. She has a full understanding of diplomatic requirements of various countries and deals with embassies on a daily basis. Over the past 17 years she has been part of the anchor team overseeing the inauguration of the country Presidents. She has travelled extensively on diplomatic missions.
Yolisa Tyantsi Yolisa is a seasoned communication and marketing specialist, a Charted Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) with more than 27yrs experience in Corporate and Public AďŹ€airs, Media, Communications and Marketing, Human Resources, General Management as well as Project Management in public and private sector. Her experience cuts across a number of industries/sectors, namely media, commission of enquiries , energy sector, finance and economic affairs, tourism, water and sanitation, transportation & rapid rail, petroleum, public relations, education and sport ,arts & culture in public and private sector. She is Certified Director accredited by IOD . She has B.A. Communication, Post Graduate Studies in Strategic Leadership Programme (GIBS) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA). She has also done several short diploma, certificate and Executive courses in Project Management, Leadership, Marketing and Media Studies. She is currently pursuing MBA with Henley Business School. She is an ex- Non - Executive Director and Chairman of Human Resource and Transformation Committee for Eastern Cape Development Corporation (2009-2012), and Non-Executive Director for the Johannesburg Civic Theatre (2003 â€“ 2008).
