A B O U T: katerra is currently working on several clubhouses for their multifamily housing projects, located in various locations in the western united states. programming includes a fitness/recreation wing and a leasing wing, with specific standards for small, medium, and large - depending on the size of the multifamiy units. my role on the architecture team involved editing construction documents to be sent out for permit, modeling in revit, and participating in team meetings with the architects and interior designers. I was able to work closely with the BIM manager and several project managers to set new graphic + modeling standards for katerra.
