A word from Jonzun & Brendan Hi and welcome to this end of year market update on town homes in postcode 4000 Spring Hill. There have been 8 town home sales this year slightly down from 10 townhouses sales in 2016. This is a relatively low number of sales compared to previous years due mainly to sellers preferring to hold rather than sell especially with relatively low interest rates and negative sentiments due to the over supply of apartments. There has however been a marked increase in buyer activity over the last few months which has lead to an overall increase in confidence represented in some strong townhouse sales results in Spring Hill with the median price ending the year at $840,000 compared to $695,000 in 2016.
