Michael, Karen’s husband, was a four-year member of Cornell University’s football team. He is also a licensed general contractor in the state of North Carolina. Alexander, Karen’s son, graduated from Furman University and has an abundance of customer service focused experience. Taylor, Karen’s daughter, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Elon University and her Masters in Business Administration from N.C. State University. During this time, we will make notes concerning staging your home for maximum appeal in photographs. We will schedule professional photography & videography for your home once it is appropriately staged and prepared.

A clean, elegantly crafted sign will be placed in front of your home (as allowed by HOA regulations). Along with the sign comes a lockbox to ensure showings are controlled. Property information will be uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where many real estate agents will have access to view your home. This also pushes your home to multiple digital platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, among others. The professional videography will be available on these sites. We will use professional photographs to create a property flyer showcasing exclusive features of your home. This flyer will be promoted to targeted members of the local real estate community based upon their sales history within the niche luxury market. A custom informational booklet will be created to remain in your home while it is active on the market. This will include the professional photographs, property details, and real estate required documentation.
