1. Is the work actually being accomplished outside of your organization? Absolutely! Every week at the same time - rain or shine I get not one, but 3 individuals that come to my house and do an incredible job. If I have an issue I just pick up the phone and they will come out to do the entire lawn over. They have the latest equipment and tools that aren’t readily available at home improvement stores.
2. Is the work that you were previously doing inside now being done outside? You bet! I don’t even have to be there. They come, do the job, and then leave my lawn looking great. At times they are so efficient the job is finished while I’m out running errands.
3. Have the tasks associated with payroll and the employees required to do those tasks been replaced by your external vendor? Other than offering some water if I happen to be there, I don’t lift a finger. I sold all of my lawn eqiupment and now have a clean garage with more room for another car and no smell. I don’t purchase gas; I just pay them a FLAT fee for their service.
